“Man Utd Set to Make Dual Moves: Fabrizio Romano Unveils Price Tags for Next Big Signings!”

Manchester United are set to make renewed bids for Bayern Munich duo Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs De Ligt, with Fabrizio Romano revealing the anticipated costs of these transfers.

Under Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s direction, Manchester United have adopted a proactive approach this summer, having already secured Leny Yoro and Joshua Zirkzee. Additional signings are expected to follow, contingent on player departures.

United have already reached personal agreement with Mazraoui, De Ligt, and PSG’s Manuel Ugarte, with all three players lined up for five-year contracts with options for a sixth year.

Mazraoui is being eyed as a replacement for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has agreed personal terms with West Ham. Negotiations for Wan-Bissaka’s transfer are ongoing, with United seeking around £15m-£18m. Victor Lindelof may be the odd man out if De Ligt joins, while departures could also involve Scott McTominay, Casemiro, or Christian Eriksen to accommodate Ugarte.

Recent updates indicate that Manchester United will indeed bid again for Mazraoui and De Ligt. A previous joint bid was rejected by Bayern Munich, catching United, the players, and their agent, Rafaela Pimenta, off guard. Despite this setback, Romano confirmed via his YouTube channel that United will push forward with another bid, though it remains to be seen whether they will present separate offers or another combined proposal.

Romano has detailed that United are very optimistic about securing both De Ligt and Mazraoui. The total cost for the two players is expected to reach a maximum of €70m/£60m. Bayern Munich’s asking price for De Ligt is around €50m/£43m, and they prefer this to be a guaranteed fee rather than part of structured payments or add-ons. Mazraoui is expected to cost up to €20m/£17m.

“Manchester United are very confident about these deals,” Romano stated. “The situation with De Ligt has been ongoing since June, and while progress has been slow due to Manchester United needing to manage outgoing transfers, talks are continuing. Both Mazraoui and De Ligt’s agent, Rafaela Pimenta, is involved, and the expectation is that they will join United this summer.

“The conversations with Bayern are ongoing. Bayern’s demands are €50m guaranteed for De Ligt and around €20m for Mazraoui. United is pushing to negotiate a lower total package, but they remain confident that De Ligt is ready to make the move once the final details are ironed out.”
